    Data Deletion Instructions

    For Meta (Facebook & Instagram) integrations

    On Belay is committed to protecting your privacy. If you connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to On Belay and want your data removed:

    To disconnect and delete your data:

    1. Sign in to your On Belay account at apps.shopify.com/on-belay
    2. Go to Dashboard → Integrations
    3. Find the Meta or Instagram integration and click Disconnect

    If you no longer have account access:

    Email privacy@onbelay.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will remove your data within 30 days.
