Our Mission
Every Shopify merchant runs on dozens of apps — Klaviyo, Stripe, Meta Ads, ShipStation, Zendesk, the list keeps growing. The work between them — the copy-paste, the catalog hygiene, the daily performance checks — still falls on people. On Belay gives merchants an AI layer that reads, writes, and acts across the entire Shopify stack so your team can focus on the work that grows the store.

On Belay was founded by operators and engineers who spent years building tools for high-growth Shopify brands. We got tired of watching store teams drown in busywork that software should handle. So we built the AI operating system we always wished we had.
