Admin & billing

Manage your organization, team access, plan, and data settings.

Organization settings

Org settings are in Dashboard → Settings. Only org admins can make changes here.

Organization name

The display name for your org. Used in Claude context and any notification emails.

Default member role

New invitees are assigned Member by default. Promote individuals to Admin from the People page.

Claude connection

View your MCP endpoint, regenerate your bearer token, or start the OAuth flow to reconnect Claude Desktop.

Slack integration

Install or reinstall the Slack bot, and configure the default approvals channel.

Manage members

All member management lives in Dashboard → People.

Invite a member

  1. 1.Click Invite person.
  2. 2.Enter their email address.
  3. 3.They receive an invite link and sign in with Google.
  4. 4.Once accepted, assign them to functional groups.

Change a member's role

Click the three-dot menu next to a person's name and select Change role. You can promote a Member to Admin or demote an Admin to Member. You cannot demote the last admin in an org.

Remove a member

Click the three-dot menu next to a person's name and select Remove from org. This immediately:

  • →Removes them from all functional groups.
  • →Revokes their access to all integrations.
  • →Invalidates any active MCP tokens.

Member

  • ✓Connect personal Claude
  • ✓Access group context via MCP
  • ✓View own group memberships

Change plan

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and upgrade options.

  • →Upgrades take effect immediately.
  • →Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • →Annual billing is available at a discount on any paid plan.
  • →Invoices are emailed to the org's billing email address.

Data & privacy

On Belay stores only what's necessary to deliver context to Claude. Here's how sensitive data is handled:

Encrypted at rest

API keys & credentials

All API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted with libsodium secretbox (XSalsa20-Poly1305) before being written to the database. The encryption key is stored separately as an environment variable and is never in the database. Credentials are never stored in plaintext.

Hashed

MCP bearer tokens

MCP bearer tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. The plaintext token is only shown once at generation time. If you lose it, regenerate a new one from Settings.

Not stored

Conversation content

On Belay does not log or store the content of Claude conversations. The MCP server responds to tool calls with structured data — it has no visibility into what Claude does with that data in the conversation.

Delete your organization

To permanently delete your organization and all associated data, contact hello@onbelay.ai. Deletion is irreversible and removes all members, groups, integrations, and stored credentials within 30 days.
